Despite this, it is possible to connect smartphones via USB ports, but there are no air conditioning vents. This is something requested by those who use the model for work, such as taxi drivers or ride-sharing drivers. 

When it comes to the finish, the Onix leaves a little to be desired. For the price charged, it doesn't need to have luxurious features, but the plastics could be of better quality, as could their placement. 

Even in the Premier versions, where there is a noticeable attempt to give the model a more refined look, the finishes leave something to be desired. 

Another area that needs improvement is sound insulation. Both in urban and highway travel, occupants have to converse at a much louder volume than usual, which is quite stressful. 

The poor sound insulation is due to the suspension and the low quality of the plastic used in the finish. In this respect, the Onix lags behind rivals such as the Fiat Argo and Hyundai HB20.
