Fuente: AdobeStock.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><!--image--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Actualmente, hay 5 nuevas leyes de tr\u00e1nsito publicadas por Contran, el Consejo Nacional de Tr\u00e1fico, que entrar\u00e1n en vigencia en 2023. \u00a1As\u00ed que revisa los cambios a continuaci\u00f3n para no cometer errores!<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-insulfilm\">Pel\u00edcula para ventanas<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>La primera ley de tr\u00e1nsito que revisaremos para que la conozca es la ley de l\u00e1minas para ventanas. Los cambios afectan la capacidad de entrada de luz, los colores de las l\u00e1minas, as\u00ed como las burbujas y el efecto espejo de la l\u00e1mina.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>La luz que atraviesa la pel\u00edcula oscura debe ser de al menos 70%. En otras palabras, las pel\u00edculas con un \u00edndice inferior est\u00e1n prohibidas y pueden ser multadas en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Por cierto, \u00a1la nueva legislaci\u00f3n sobre la norma 70% aplica a todos los colores de l\u00e1minas para ventanas! Cualquiera que infrinja la ley recibir\u00e1 cinco puntos en su licencia, ya que es una infracci\u00f3n grave y su veh\u00edculo ser\u00e1 incautado para su reparaci\u00f3n inmediata.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-parabrisa-e-bolhas\">Parabrisas y burbujas<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Por otro lado, esta regla solo aplica al parabrisas y las ventanillas laterales delanteras. En la parte trasera del veh\u00edculo, se permite un \u00edndice m\u00ednimo de 28%.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>En realidad, esta ley se ha flexibilizado, ya que, anteriormente, el requisito m\u00ednimo de transparencia era 75%. En otras palabras, si ya cumpl\u00eda con la ley, tenga la seguridad de que no tendr\u00e1 ninguna dificultad.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 totalmente prohibido usar pel\u00edculas que presenten burbujas, rasgaduras u otros da\u00f1os en las ventanas, \u00a1no solo en el parabrisas! La multa es de R$195.23.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-farol-baixo-em-rodovias\">Luces bajas en las carreteras<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Otra norma de tr\u00e1nsito a tener en cuenta, que ha sufrido un peque\u00f1o cambio, se refiere al uso de las luces de cruce en las carreteras. Antes, siempre era necesario dejar las luces encendidas, incluso de d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Ahora, si su veh\u00edculo tiene luces diurnas, ya no es necesario. Adem\u00e1s, la ley solo exige el uso de luces bajas en carreteras de doble sentido.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>En otras palabras, en otros tipos de v\u00edas ya no es necesario dejar las luces encendidas durante el d\u00eda. Por ejemplo, en aquellas con alguna separaci\u00f3n entre los dos carriles, como parterres, muretes, entre otros.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-e-a-desobediencia-dessa-lei-de-transito\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tal desobedecer esta ley de tr\u00e1nsito?<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>En este caso, conviene tener cuidado, ya que infringir esta ley conlleva una multa de R$$130.16. Esto se debe a que se considera una infracci\u00f3n leve y cuesta cuatro puntos en el carnet de conducir.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conversao-a-direita-nos-semaforos-vermelhos\">Gire a la derecha con luz roja<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>La respuesta definitiva para quienes creen que pueden saltarse un sem\u00e1foro en rojo de madrugada es que esto es completamente ilegal. Se trata de una infracci\u00f3n grave, que adem\u00e1s conlleva 7 puntos en la CHN.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, si comete alguna de estas infracciones, deber\u00e1 pagar una multa de R$293,47. Por lo tanto, conviene prestar atenci\u00f3n a las normas de tr\u00e1nsito para evitar multas.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Sin embargo, la gran novedad en las leyes de tr\u00e1nsito es que si hay una se\u00f1al que indica que se puede girar a la derecha, se puede pasar un sem\u00e1foro en rojo. Para ello, es necesario estar ya en el carril derecho.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-ultrapassar-o-sinal\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo pasar la se\u00f1al?<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>En primer lugar, recuerde que esta se\u00f1al no implica ninguna obligaci\u00f3n. Es decir, puede girar a la derecha en un sem\u00e1foro en rojo, pero si necesita seguir recto, simplemente permanezca detenido, ya que no hay ninguna irregularidad.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, \u00a1los peatones siguen siendo una prioridad!
