Es decir, hasta hace poco, la incautaci\u00f3n era una sanci\u00f3n prevista en el CTB (C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e1nsito Brasile\u00f1o). <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Pero recientemente ha experimentado algunos cambios. Un ejemplo es la Ley N.\u00b0 13.281, aprobada en 2016, que prohibi\u00f3 la pena de incautaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos en redadas. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Sin embargo, esto no ocurri\u00f3 con otras sanciones, como la suspensi\u00f3n y la revocaci\u00f3n del permiso de conducir.
