Renavam is an identification number that allows access to the entire history of a vehicle: manufacturing data, licensing, previous accidents, fines, modifications, theft and robbery records... Moreover, it is a unique code: it is not repeated and each vehicle has its own, produced during the initial registration by the Detran (Department of Motor Vehicles).

The Renavam number is found on the vehicle's CRLV (Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate). To view the actual information, you need to register on the online portal Gov.br, log in, and enter the code. Once you proceed, all the information will appear on the screen.
