You're not crazy for seeing this; there are easier targets, but yes, it's common.

It's quite possible that everyone sees this phenomenon; there's no definitive answer as to whether literally everyone sees it, as it's something unconscious that your brain implants. However, if you make an effort and want to see it, you will, simple as that. Pareidolia is a phenomenon directly linked to your eyes, so for a person not to see it, they would have to be blind or have never seen a face, which is impossible. 

People with trauma related to human relationships may see faces everywhere because they believe danger is lurking around them; this is where human instinct linked to the psychology of our subconscious comes in. There might be more severe cases of people with significant trauma who are unable to enter or see a vehicle with a face, but it remains a rather peculiar car-related curiosity.
