12 – Hyundai Veloster
The Hyundai Veloster is a model that initially shook up the automotive market, being a 3-door concept car. Its exterior design, combined with good finishing and standard features, seemed destined for sales success; however, the manufacturer decided to call it a sports car.
When it comes to sportiness, the Veloster didn't live up to the title, since its engine only had 108 horsepower, less than many popular cars. Furthermore, some customers sued the manufacturer, claiming they had been victims of false advertising, further tarnishing its already fragile reputation.
It didn't take long for sales to plummet, and the Veloster was considered one of the worst cars sold in Brazil.
