Manufactured by Volkswagenthe e-Golf é um modelo já consagrado na Europa, onde liderou as vendas de elétricos na Noruega em 2017, ano em que os veículos movidos a energias renováveis passaram dos 50% do mercado total do país pela primeira vez.
Segundo a montadora, o e-Golf tem potência de 136 cv, velocidade máxima de 150 km/h e autonomia de até 300 km. O desempenho é razoável: de 0 a 100 km em 9,6 segundos.
O tempo de carregamento através de uma tomada doméstica é de cerca de 17 horas. Se utilizar uma Wallbox com corrente alternada numa ligação doméstica, necessita de pouco mais de 5 horas.
