7. Covini C6W
The Covini C6W is a classic example of a model that makes no sense at all.
It is a three-axle sports car, with two axles at the front.
Their project is another story altogether, as it began in the 1980s and was only completed in 2004.
The reason for this delay was the setback in the development of the hydropneumatic suspension that supports the four front wheels.
To be called a sports car, the Covini C6W was equipped with a 380-horsepower Audi 4.2 V8 engine and a 6-speed manual transmission.
The four front wheels were 16 inches and the two rear wheels had 20-inch rims.
According to data provided by the manufacturer, the model could reach speeds of 300 km/h.
However, being one of the ugliest cars ever produced, few people had the courage to buy the model.
