THE Chery CelerThe A13, also known as the Fulwin 2, is a subcompact car manufactured by the Chinese automaker Chery. It is the successor to the A15 (Cowin) in Chery's lineup. The car was first presented at the 2008 Beijing Auto Show. A facelifted version was introduced at the 2012 Guangzhou Auto Show.

Chery arrived in Brazil in 2009. Located in Salto, in the interior of São Paulo state, the company's administrative headquarters in the country occupies an area of 100,000 square meters and includes offices for the automaker's executives, an administrative area, a showroom, and a parts warehouse. On August 28, 2014, Chery inaugurated its first factory outside of China, in the city of Jacareí, São Paulo state, with an initial manufacturing capacity of 50,000 units per year and a total plant capacity of up to 150,000 vehicles per year. The first model manufactured was the Chery Celer (Fullwin 2), in hatchback and sedan versions.

Its rivals include the FAW Oley, the JAC J3, the Honda Amaze, the Nissan March, the Toyota Etios, and the Suzuki Swift.

The most affordable car model is the Celer Sedan 1.5 16V Flex worth R$41.810remaining in 14th on the list of cheapest cars in Brazil.
