THE Nissan Sentra The Sentra is a mid-size sedan produced by Nissan, whose origins date back to 1982, generally being an export version of the Japanese Nissan Sylphy. The name "Sentra" is not used in Japan.
Since all its competitors in this country have two-liter engines, Nissan adopts this engine in the version sold in this market, not following the trend of offering versions with smaller displacement engines sold in other countries.
