Sua versão Sedan, o Ka+ fez um grande sucesso e está nesta lista em posição de nº 17 e eles formam os carros mais vendidos da Ford no Brasil, mesmo sendo o mesmo modelo. O Ford Ka HatchBack totalizou em 2019 104.331 vendas, e mesmo juntando o Hatch com o Sedan Ka+, não chega perto do carro mais vendido do Brasil.
