O modelo ganhou o mercado de utilitários ao lado de seu “irmão”, o Jeep Compass, o segundo SUV mais vendido do Brasil. Em 2016, o Renegade teve uma grande subida no ranking vendendo mais de 50.000 unidades, mesmo tendo uma queda em 2017, vendendo 31.566 unidades, o Renegade voltou ao topo em 2018 com 46.344 e só foi subindo, chegando ao recorde de vendas nacionais em 2019, totalizando 68.726 unidades vendidas, se tornando o 10º carro mais vendido do Brasil em 2019.
