A serious problem occurred with the Chevrolet Omega, with vehicles manufactured from 2007 to 2011. It's one of the most bizarre car recalls because the Omega could shut off simply by the driver's knee touching the ignition. According to GM, in cases of contact, the vehicle could turn the ignition key, causing it to shut off and potentially leading to accidents.
