7 – Honda Accord – sex chat
Normally, when a vehicle has a problem, the customer grabs the manual and calls the manufacturer to try and resolve it. However, the Honda Accord had one of the most bizarre and also funniest car recalls in history because the customer service phone number was wrong. The bizarre thing is that when the customer called, the call would connect to a sex chat room. The solution was to recall 1.2 million units to deliver the corrected manual.
