9 – Troller Pantanal – fragile chassis
The now-defunct Pantanal, by Troller. One of the only domestically produced cars in Brazil. It had a chronic problem with its chassis, made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin, which would begin to crack when the vehicle was used more severely. The solution was to destroy all the models, a feat that Ford carried out after buying Troller.
