12 – Effa M100 – lap belts
Normally it's drivers – some of them – who try to break the law with their vehicles. But in this case, it was the car manufacturer Effa that carried out one of the most bizarre car recalls in history, putting hundreds of vehicles on the market with lap belts in the rear, which is illegal. To fix the problem of the "outlaw" car, Effa recalled 900 models to try to correct the stupid mistake.
