6. Toyota Prius Flex
Manufactured by Toyotathe Prius, lançado pioneiramente no Japão em 1997, é o primeiro híbrido comercializado no mundo, e está na quarta geração.
A novidade da Toyota é a possibilidade de o seu modelo Prius ser lançado no Brasil com um motor híbrido flex. O Prius é composto pelo motor 1.8 aspirado e um motor elétrico que juntos geram 122 cv.
O desempenho não é brilhante (de 0 a 100 km em 12 segundos), mas seu grande atrativo está na economia de combustível (18 km/l). O preço básico fica em torno de R$ 126 mil.
