According to Hyundai, the HB20 with a 1.0-liter naturally aspirated flex-fuel engine and manual transmission has improved fuel consumption figures by up to 71%, and continues to be a very fuel-efficient model.

Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.3 seconds;
Maximum speed of 190 km/h.
- Hyundai HB20 1.6 AT 2020
Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.5 seconds;
Maximum speed of 191 km/h.
- Hyundai HB20 1.0 Turbo GDI AT 2020
Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.7 seconds;
Maximum speed of 190 km/h.
