Manufactured by Fiat, the Mobi GSR é a pior versão do Mobi. O câmbio automatizado é confuso, e parece não entender as reais intenções do motorista. Em uma subida, por exemplo, o subcompacto tarda a reduzir as marchas e passa a impressão de falta de fôlego.
O motor 1.0 de apenas 77 cv de potência do Mobi GSR também não ajuda a vida do citycar fabricado em Betim (MG). De acordo com a fabricante, ele vai de 0 a 100 km/h em eternos 13,9 segundos, mas pode marcar bons números de consumo: 9,8 km/l na cidade e 11,1 km/l na estrada com etanol, e 14 km/l na cidade e 15,9 km/l na estrada com gasolina.
