4 – Derek Warwick
Derek Stanley Arthur Warwick, born in Alresford on August 27, 1954, is a former British racing driver. He competed in 10 consecutive Formula One seasons between 1981 and 1990, returning in 1993.
Warwick began his career at a young age, competing in touring car races. He won the Championship in 1971, at just 16 years old, and again in 1973, at 18.
From an early age he was a promising young talent in motorsports. His debut Warwick His Formula 1 debut came in 1981 with the modest Toleman team at the San Marino Grand Prix. In 1984, he moved to Renault. The French team was practically closing its doors, but he scored 24 points, with a 2nd place finish at Silverstone being his biggest triumph of the season.
