11 – Felipe Massa

The only Brazilian on this list who is still active in Formula racing, although currently in Formula E. Felipe Massa He made history with Ferrari in 2008 and conquered the world, and especially the whole of Brazil.

He was a great prospect, with incredible numbers. He started in karting and won the 500-mile kart race in 2009. Felipe Massa finished as runner-up in the 2008 F1 World Championship, one point behind Lewis Hamilton. The title was decided on the penultimate corner of the last lap of the last race of the season.

Massa's performance has been declining since 2009, and that Brazilian hope for a new Senna has been fading over time, and recently, Felipe Massa signs with the Venturi team to compete in the 2018–19 Formula E season.
